Welcome to CabMatics ("Service", "SaaS", "we", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your registration, access, and use of our dispatch panels, driver portal sites, and booking engines. By creating an account, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

CabMatics provides cloud-based taxi dispatch software designed for owner-operators and small fleets. Features include admin dispatch routing, automated booking forms, driver management portals, and client notifications.

2. Subscriptions, Payments & Free Trial

• Free Trial: New operators receive a 21-day free trial period to test the system features. No charges are applied during this period.
• Monthly Subscription: Upon trial completion, you must supply active billing details to continue using the Service. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis (around £20 to £25 depending on your chosen plan tier).
• Non-Payment: If monthly subscription charges fail and are not resolved within 7 days, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend dashboard access and database routing.

3. Account Cancellation

Cancel at Any Time: You are free to cancel your subscription at any time directly through your dashboard billing portal. There are no long-term contracts, cancel fees, or minimum retention periods.

Billing Cycle: Following cancellation, your access will remain open until the end of your current monthly billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of a monthly term.

4. Licensing & Regulatory Compliance

As an operator using CabMatics, you represent and warrant that you hold all valid operator licenses, hackney carriage permits, driver checks, and commercial vehicle insurances required by your local transport authorities to operate a private hire or hackney carriage service. We act strictly as a software provider and are not responsible for your regulatory transport compliance.

5. Service Availability & Limitations

As Is basis: While we aim for maximum server uptime and stable database routing, our SaaS dispatch platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any business disruptions, missed rides, loss of bookings, or direct or indirect damages resulting from temporary hosting downtime, SMS gateway errors, or database connectivity interruptions.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate local laws, engage in payment fraud, or use our notification systems for spamming.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of our company registration, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. We will publish the updated terms on this page and revise the update date at the top.
