  • Platform Credentials: The subdomain prefix selected for your custom dashboard and password hashes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal and business details to fulfill our service delivery obligations, specifically to:

  • Create and deploy your isolated database and set up your active dashboard credentials.
  • Process subscription payments and monthly service invoicing.
  • Deliver crucial operational communications, including server updates, status reports, and support responses.
  • Verify setup parameters and prevent fraudulent, duplicate, or abusive registrations.

3. Database Isolation & Data Protection (Processor Role)

Data Segregation: We employ a strict database isolation architecture. This guarantees your passengers' booking logs, drivers' license documents, and trip fares are completely isolated from all other companies registered on our platform.

Processor Role: Under GDPR and global data regulations, your taxi company is the Data Controller for any driver or passenger data you collect. CabMatics acts strictly as a Data Processor. We do not inspect, rent, sell, or utilize passenger booking details or driver locations for any marketing or corporate purpose.

4. Cookies & Trackers

We only place strictly necessary functional session cookies to verify your dashboard login state and keep the registration flow secure. We do not load marketing or analytics cookies on your booking sites by default.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You retain ownership of your company data. If you decide to cancel your subscription, you may request database deletion. Following cancellation, your isolated database, backup archives, and account logs will be permanently erased.

6. Updates to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect regulatory shifts or changes in our hosting infrastructure. We will notify registered owners of any material policy changes via email.
